You type one line into the Websites app in your dashboard, tell us roughly where it is and how urgent it is, and it lands in the queue of the person who builds it. Small edits are usually live the same day. You get a note in your dashboard when it is up, and every change is listed with its date so you can see exactly what has been done.

Yes. If you want editor access you get it, and you can change your own text and images whenever you like. Most owners find they would rather send us a line and get on with their day, so it is there if you want it and nothing depends on you using it.

Two options and both are normal. We rebuild it, keeping whatever is working and the pages that already rank, or we leave your current site where it is and run Bluu alongside it, so your forms, chat, bookings, contacts and reviews all still land in one place. Plenty of clients start with the second and move to the first later.

Included. Hosting, the security certificate, nightly backups, the platform and the ongoing maintenance are all inside your monthly plan. There is no second invoice and no renewal you can miss, which also means there is no way for the site to quietly go down because a card expired.
