Let them book themselves,
without the phone tag.

Your own booking page on your own domain. It knows your real hours, holds the slot, takes the deposit, creates the contact, writes it into your Google Calendar and sends the reminders.

Four things it does, working.

This is the real Appointments app. Pick a tab and use it.

Book an appointment This is your booking page. Pick a treatment, then a day, then a time.

1 Choose a treatment

2 Choose a day

3 Choose a time

Your appointment

Skin consultation Pick a day and a time 30 minutes · Radiance Med Spa, second floor

Nothing here is a form that emails somebody. The slot is checked against the real calendar the moment you tap it, and held while you finish.

Your appointment types Every treatment you offer, with its own length, price and rules.
Skin consultation · 30 min · free No deposit, bookable up to 60 days out with 2 hours notice, and a 10 minute buffer after so nobody is rushed out. This is the one most clinics want at the top, because it is the cheapest way to get somebody through the door.
When you are open Tap a block to close it. The booking page stops offering those times immediately.
Bookable Closed Held for something else

Hours are per person, not per clinic, so two practitioners with different days both work. Anything already in the connected Google Calendar is treated as busy even though it was never booked here.

What happens after they book Press play. None of this is a task somebody has to remember.
Slot held Taken off the page the instant they tap it
Deposit taken Through your own Stripe, no cut
Contact created Or matched to the one they already have
Written to Google Calendar On the practitioner's own calendar
Confirmation sent With reschedule and cancel links
Reminders queued 24 hours and 2 hours before
And the rest of it

Everything a front desk does about appointments, minus the front desk.

It cannot double book

Availability is worked out from your hours, your buffers, everything already booked and everything in the connected Google Calendar, and the slot is recomputed and refused at the moment of booking. Two people tapping the same time is a race one of them loses politely.

Deposits go straight to you

Your own Stripe account, connected once, with no cut taken. Deposits are how a no-show stops being free, and the difference in attendance is the whole argument for asking for one.

Reminders that actually go

Twenty-four hours and two hours before, by email and by text, scheduled the moment the booking exists rather than by somebody working through tomorrow's list. Cancelling cancels the reminders too.

Both directions with Google

Bookings appear on the practitioner's calendar, and anything already on that calendar blocks the slot here. A dentist appointment they put in themselves is enough to stop a customer booking over it.

Every booking is a contact

Not a calendar entry with a name on it. It becomes a record with their history, so the third visit knows about the first two, and the whole thing shows up in Pipeline without anybody copying it across.

It works on a phone

Which is where nearly every booking is actually made, usually in the evening. Big targets, a real keyboard for the phone number, and a page that loads before somebody gives up on it.

Questions

Appointments, answered.

On your own domain, as a page of your site or a link you can send. There is also a pop-up version, so a Book now button anywhere on the site opens it over the page instead of navigating away.

No. It works out availability from your hours, your buffers, everything already booked and everything on the connected Google Calendar, then checks again at the moment somebody confirms. If the slot went in the meantime it is refused and they are shown what is genuinely left.

Yes, per appointment type, through your own Stripe account. The money is yours and we take no percentage. The slot is held while they pay and released if they walk away, so an unpaid booking never blocks a real one.

Both ways. New bookings are written to the right practitioner's calendar, and anything already on that calendar makes the time unavailable here, even if it has nothing to do with the clinic.

Each has their own hours and their own calendar. An appointment type can be assigned to several of them and the page offers whoever is genuinely free, rather than always the first name on the list.

Every confirmation and reminder carries reschedule and cancel links. Rescheduling frees the old slot, takes the new one and re-queues the reminders. Cancelling inside your notice period tells you rather than silently going through.

Twenty-four hours and two hours before, by email and by text if the wallet has credit. The wording is yours, edited in Templates once and used everywhere, so you are not rewriting the same message per appointment type.

Yes. A type can be public on the booking page or private and reachable only by link, which is how follow-ups and staff-only slots stay out of the diary while still being bookable when you send them.

They cannot. Notice periods, how far ahead people may book, buffers between visits and closed blocks are all enforced when the times are generated and enforced again when the booking is confirmed.

See it against your own diary.

Book a call and we will set up your real treatments, your real hours and your own booking page while you watch. It is usually twenty minutes. Month to month, and nothing to sign.
