What we do SEO

Get found by the people
already looking for you.

Somebody within five miles of you is typing what you do into Google right now. SEO is the work of being the result they call. It is slow, it compounds, and it is the only traffic you stop paying for.

What gets worked on every month

Your Google Business Profile The map pack A page per service Page titles and descriptions Schema markup Site speed Mobile usability Internal links New content Local citations Review volume Competitor gaps Broken links What people actually search
The work

What we actually do each month.

Not a report about rankings. The work that moves them.

Where you show up Three different places, and they are won three different ways. Pick one.
The three places a local business can appear in Google
The map pack The three businesses with the map above them, before every ordinary result. Won on your Google Business Profile, your distance from the searcher, your review volume and how consistent your details are across the web.
What people search Real shapes of search. Click one and see who it is and what it is worth.

Pick a search

The kinds of search people type, and what each one is worth

The valuable searches are usually not the obvious ones. Everybody chases med spa near me. The person typing how much is a specific treatment has already decided they want it, and almost nobody has written the page that answers them.

What we fix A real audit shape. Click a row to see what it means and why it matters.
Missing service pages You offer twenty-three treatments and have four pages. Every treatment without its own page is a set of searches you cannot appear for at all, no matter how good the rest of the site is. This is almost always the biggest single opportunity on a local site.
How long it takes Honestly. Press play.
Month 1 The audit, the technical fixes, and your Google Business Profile properly set up
Month 2 Service pages written and published. Usually the biggest single lift
Month 3 First movement on the longer searches. Map pack starts responding
Month 4-6 The competitive terms start moving. Enquiries become noticeable
Month 6+ It compounds. The pages you published in month two keep earning

Anybody promising page one in thirty days is either buying links, which eventually gets you penalised, or picking a search nobody types. We would rather tell you it takes four to six months and be right.

And the rest of it

Why local SEO is a different job.

Distance is a ranking factor

Which is why national SEO advice does not apply to you. You are not competing with everyone, you are competing with the businesses near you, and the work is about being the obvious choice inside a radius rather than the best page on the internet.

Reviews are SEO

Volume, rating and recency all feed the map pack, and a business that replies to reviews is treated as more active than one that does not. That is why Reviews is part of the dashboard and not a separate thing we sell you.

A page per service, always

The single biggest opportunity on almost every local site. Twenty treatments on one page competes for nothing. Twenty pages compete for twenty sets of searches, and the specific ones convert far better than the general ones.

Your details have to match everywhere

Google cross-checks your name, address and phone number across dozens of directories. Inconsistency is a trust problem it can measure. That is what the Listings app is for, and it feeds this directly.

Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion one

A site that takes four seconds on a phone loses people before it loses rankings. Every site we build is tested on a real connection rather than on a fast laptop, which is where most speed problems hide.

You stop paying and it keeps working

The opposite of ads. A page that ranks in month three is still bringing people in during month thirty without another penny spent. That is the whole argument for doing both rather than only one.

Questions

SEO, answered.

Four to six months for anything competitive, with the first movement usually in month three. Longer, more specific searches move first because fewer businesses have bothered to write a page for them. Anybody promising page one in thirty days is describing a search nobody types.

The three businesses shown with a map above the ordinary results. For a local business it is the most valuable position there is, because it appears before everything else and carries your phone number and directions. It is won on a different set of factors than ordinary rankings.

They do different jobs. Ads work the day you turn them on and stop the day you turn them off. SEO takes months and then keeps working without further spend. Most businesses that do well run ads for the immediate need while SEO builds underneath.

Technical fixes, new service pages written and published, your Google Business Profile kept current, your details made consistent across directories, internal linking, and content aimed at what people in your area are genuinely searching for.

No, and nobody honest does. Google does not sell positions and does not tell anybody the formula. What we do commit to is the work, and showing you exactly what was done and what moved as a result.

We can still do the work, though it is slower if the site is hard to change. Sometimes the honest answer is that the site itself is the ceiling and rebuilding it is a better use of your money than optimising it.

Yes, directly, and it is one of the few levers you can move quickly. That is why asking for reviews is built into the dashboard rather than being something we charge separately for.

In the Analytics app, in real time, rather than in a monthly PDF. You can see the searches you appear for, where you rank, and how many calls and enquiries came from search, whenever you want rather than when a report arrives.

No. Bidding on or writing pages targeting a competitor's name is a short-term trick that reads badly and often backfires. We would rather build the pages that win the searches about what you actually do.
