Try another question

Every answer comes from this business's own profile. It is not looking anything up on the internet.

When it hands over The rules are in the code, not in a suggestion to the AI. Pick one.
Anything clinical It will not give medical, legal, financial or any other regulated advice, and no training note a client writes can override that. It says so plainly and offers to get a person, rather than hedging.

You never re-paste the code. The widget asks us how it should look every time your page loads.

The inbox Every conversation, and the ones that actually want a person.
Tanya C. Asked about a treatment after a procedure elsewhere Needs a person
Marcus W. Booked Botox for Thursday 2pm, deposit taken Booked
Priya R. Asked prices, gave her email, no reply needed Answered
Daniel K. Asked for a human straight away Needs a person
Elena S. Parking question, answered and closed Closed
Jordan T. Opening hours, answered and closed Closed

Needs a person is its own queue, separate from unread. On the AI tier most conversations never want a human, so unread would stop meaning act on this.

And the rest of it

A chat that knows the business, not just how to chat.

It reads your website weekly

Your treatments, prices and page content are re-read on a schedule, so a service you added last month is one it already knows about. Most chatbots know whatever was typed in at setup and nothing since.

It will not invent an answer

No regulated advice, no guessed prices, no promises about results, and no training note can override those. Tested against pregnancy questions, blood thinners and people trying to talk it into things.

It books, it does not just link

It checks your real availability and creates the appointment. An invented time cannot become a booking, because the slot is recomputed and refused if it is not genuinely free.

Every chat becomes a contact

A name and either an email or a phone number before the conversation starts, so a chat is never an anonymous transcript. Returning customers are matched to the record they already have.

Pick it up on another device

Somebody who starts on their phone gets a link by email to carry on later. It is a single-use link with a short life, never a case of typing an address and seeing somebody else's history.

It costs about a penny

Around 0.7 cents per conversation at what it actually uses. The risk with AI chat is abuse volume, not the unit price, so there are caps per conversation and per month that you never notice and a scraper does.

Questions

Chat, answered.

It answers. It has your treatment list, your prices, your hours, your locations and a summary of every page on your site, so it can hold a real conversation about what you do. Collecting the email happens before the chat starts, so nothing is lost either way.

Rules in the code rather than instructions to the model. It quotes only prices that exist in your list, refuses regulated advice outright, and cannot book a time that is not genuinely free. Your own training notes can shape its tone but cannot switch those off.

Yes, for anything that does not need a deposit. It checks your real availability, creates the appointment, sends the confirmation and schedules the reminders. Anything with a deposit hands over, because that needs a checkout the customer completes.

It keeps answering, and tells people when somebody will be back in your own words. Hours live on the widget rather than the business profile, because when you answer chat is a different question from when the doors are open.

Any conversation can be picked up from the inbox, and it moves into a separate Needs a person queue rather than sitting in unread. Whoever it is assigned to gets alerted through whichever channels they chose.

Colours, launcher, logo, greeting, position and the pop-up message are all yours. Change any of them in the dashboard and your live site updates on the next page load, without re-pasting the code.

It degrades to an ordinary chat that your team answers. Every failure is a handoff rather than an error, so a visitor never sees something broken, they just get a person instead.

One snippet, once. If we built your site it is already there. The snippet carries nothing but an identifier, which is why every setting you change afterwards works without touching it again.

Roughly a cent per conversation. The controls that matter are the caps on message length, messages per conversation, new conversations per visitor per hour and total conversations per month, all of which bound abuse rather than normal use.

Ask it something hard, on the call.

Book a call and we will point it at your own website, then you can try to catch it out. Most people go straight for prices and something clinical. Month to month, and nothing to sign.
