And the rest of it

The parts you only notice when they are missing.

Nothing is typed twice

A form, a chat, a phone call or a booking all create the record for you, with the source stamped on it. Your front desk never copies a name off a notepad.

Find anyone in a second

Search by name, email or phone. Smart lists keep themselves current, so "customers who have not been in for six months" is always accurate.

Export whenever you want

Your list is yours. Download any slice of it as a spreadsheet, whole or filtered, with every column. No request, no waiting, no fee.

Duplicates get merged

The same person enquiring twice from two places does not become two records. We match on email and phone before creating anything new.

Your whole team, one list

Front desk, manager and owner all see the same record and the same history. Notes are attributed, so you know who spoke to whom.

It feeds everything else

Pipeline, Appointments, Templates and Reviews all read from these records, so a change here reaches every app at once.

Questions

Contacts, answered.

Every one of them arrives on its own. A form on your website, a chat, an online booking, a Facebook lead ad or a tracked phone call all create the record and stamp where it came from. Your team can add somebody by hand as well, and you can import a list you already have. Nobody has to copy a name off a notepad.

Yes. Send us the spreadsheet, or the export from whatever you are using now, and we import it for you on the setup call. Names, emails, phone numbers, notes and history all come across. You do not have to start from nothing.

They stay one person. Before anything new is created we match on email address and phone number, so somebody who fills in a form on Monday and books online on Friday lands on the same record with both events on their timeline. You are not left cleaning up duplicates.

Everyone you invite gets their own login, and you choose what each person can see and do. Your front desk can work the list without being able to see billing or change settings. Notes are attributed, so you always know who spoke to whom, and removing somebody who leaves takes one click.

No. The list grows as your business does and the price does not change with it. There is no per contact fee and no tier you get pushed into once you pass a number.

A saved view that keeps itself up to date. Instead of a folder you have to maintain, you describe what you want once, for example customers who have not been in for six months, and the list is correct every time you open it. Nobody has to remember to move anybody in or out.

One switch stops every piece of marketing to that person, everywhere: email campaigns, text messages and anything a pipeline stage would have sent them. It is honoured by every app without your team having to remember. Appointment confirmations and reminders still reach them, because those are not marketing.

Whenever you want. Download the whole list or any filtered slice of it as a spreadsheet, with every column, straight from the screen. There is nothing to request, nothing to wait for and no fee. Your contacts are yours.

That is the point of it. Pipeline, Appointments, Reviews, Chat, Forms and Templates all read from these records, so a phone number corrected here is corrected everywhere at once. Contacts is the middle of the product rather than another app sitting beside it.

See it with your own customers.

Book a call and we will open Contacts on screen, import a list you already have, and show you what it looks like with your own names in it. Month to month, and nothing to sign.
