You pay a lump sum for a website. Then somebody to manage it. Then a CRM, then forms, then chat, then booking, then reviews. Each has its own price. Pick a plan and watch what the same thing costs bought a piece at a time.
Every price in the middle column is the vendor's own published list price, shown for comparison only. The total is the sum of the rows above it, so you can add it up yourself.

No. Everything is month to month and you can stop any time, with no penalty and no notice period. We build your site, we design it, we run the campaigns, and we still do not ask you to sign anything. If you love your website and you run your business out of Bluu every day, leaving is not something you would think about. That is the arrangement we would rather have than a twelve month contract.
Any time, in either direction. Moving up takes effect immediately and you are only charged the difference for the days left in the month. Moving down takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, so nothing is cut off early.
Designing and building your website, writing the copy, setting up your dashboard, and getting everything live. It also covers your licensing and cloud storage. It is charged once, at the start, and never again. Bluu on its own has a smaller one time setup because there is no site to build.
Yes, and plenty of businesses do. If your site is on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or anything else, Bluu still runs your enquiries, bookings, contacts, reviews and listings. You add one small piece of code to your site for the forms and the chat, and we will do that part for you.
Your advertising budget goes to Google or Meta directly, so you always control it and you can see every dollar of it in Bluu. Text messages are charged at cost from a top up balance. Everything else in your plan is the monthly price you see here.
Your dashboard is live the same day. A website is usually two to three weeks from the call, depending on how fast we can get photos and content from you. Advertising starts once the site is live, so it has somewhere good to send people.
No. Every plan includes as many logins as you need, so adding a receptionist or a second practitioner costs nothing. Charging per seat punishes you for growing, and it makes owners share one login, which is worse for everybody.
No, it is included on every plan. There is a support screen inside the dashboard, the AI assistant answers most questions immediately at any hour, and anything that needs a person goes into a queue you can actually see the status of.
The website, the dashboard, and every core app: contacts, leads, forms, chat, appointments, pipeline, reviews and analytics. The plans differ on the marketing we run for you, not on how much of the software you are allowed to use.
Texts and phone numbers run through a top-up balance, because they cost real money per message and we would rather not build that into everybody's monthly price. You can see what you have used at any point, and nothing sends without the balance to cover it.
