No. Everything we do is month to month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice and no penalty. We build your site, we design it, we run the campaigns, and we still do not ask you to sign anything. If you love your website and you run your business out of Bluu every day, there is no reason you would want to leave. That is the deal we would rather make than a twelve month contract.
No. Plenty of clients start with one thing, usually the website or Google Ads, and add the rest when they can see it working. Bluu comes either way, so even a single service gets you the dashboard.
Yes, and a lot of businesses do. If your site is on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or anything else, Bluu still runs your enquiries, bookings, contacts and reviews. You add one small piece of code to your site for the forms and the chat, and we will do that part for you.
It depends on how much of it you want. Bluu on its own is the entry point, and from there the plans add the website, then the advertising and the rest. Every plan is month to month and the price is on the pricing page rather than hidden behind a sales call.
Website edits are insanely fast. You raise them in Bluu rather than by email, so you can see what we have received, what is in progress and what is finished, without asking anybody.
Yes. We are based in South Florida and we like being local, but the work does not need us in the room. Plenty of clients we have never met in person are doing very well.
We do. There is no reselling to a third party and no account manager passing your message to somebody you never speak to. That is also why we can build something into the dashboard when you ask for it, rather than adding it to a list at another company.
We build the site, fill in your business details, connect your Google and Facebook, and set the apps up before you ever log in. You get the keys when it is ready to use, not when it is empty. Most of the first month is us working, not you.
Then keep it. Bluu runs your enquiries, bookings, customers, reviews and results regardless of who built the site, so you can take the dashboard on its own and leave the website exactly where it is. Plenty of businesses start that way and only move the site across later, once they have seen how the rest of it works.
