No. Most businesses live in three or four screens and leave the rest alone, which is fine. You can also reorder your own sidebar so the things you use daily sit at the top, and hide what you do not. Nothing nags you to finish setting up something you deliberately skipped.
Bluu works either way. The contacts, leads, forms, chat, appointments, pipeline, reviews and analytics all run regardless of who built the site. The parts that need us are the ones that edit the website itself, and you can add that later without moving anything you have already put in.
Yes, as many as you need, at no extra cost. Every person gets their own login and you decide what each of them can see. A front desk role can answer chat and book people in without ever seeing billing or your marketing numbers.
It is built for the phone first, not squeezed onto one afterwards. The sidebar becomes a drawer, tables stack, and forms go to one column. Owners check this from a car park more often than from a desk, so that is the case it was designed around.
Yes, and you can take it out at any time. Contacts, leads and form responses all export to a spreadsheet whenever you want, without asking us. We would rather you stayed because it is useful than because leaving is difficult.
