Thank you,
and welcome.
We are excited to work with you and your company, and grateful that you trust us as your digital marketing agency. We know that together we will achieve the highest level of success.
With over a decade of experience building our strategies, keeping up to date on trends, and hiring only the most talented people in the industry, there is no doubt that this partnership will help each of us grow tremendously.
What happens next.
Four things, in roughly this order. Most of the first stretch is us working rather than you.
You will get an email from one of our account managers with your onboarding instructions. It is the one thing you need to watch for, so if it has not arrived within a working day, check your spam folder and then tell us.
Your account manager may want to put a short call in the diary to walk through everything together. Plenty of clients prefer it, and plenty would rather do it all by email. Either is fine.
We may ask you to fill in a brief that sets out the information we need to get you onboarded properly. It is short on purpose, and the more of it you can answer the faster everything moves.
Depending on which services you have taken, we may need access to things like your email marketing, your ad accounts and your website. We will cover exactly what and why on the call or in the briefing document, and we never ask for anything we do not need.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any question before onboarding starts. Once again, we look forward to working with you and building a strong partnership.
Before we get started.
Within one working day, and usually the same day. If a working day has passed and nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first and then email us, because it is almost always a filter rather than us.
No. Watch for the onboarding email and reply to it when it lands. Everything else follows from there.
Usually two to three weeks from the start, and the pace is mostly set by how quickly we can get photos, copy and access from you. Your dashboard is live much sooner than that.
Then it stays exactly where it is and stays live until the new one is ready to launch. There is no window where you have no website.
The same small team throughout. There is no handover from a salesperson to somebody you have never spoken to, and nothing gets resold to a third party.
Say so. Everything is month to month, and changing plan, adding a service or dropping one is a conversation rather than a contract amendment.
Only what a given service needs. Typically your website, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts and your email platform. We will explain what each one is for, and you can revoke any of it at any point.
If you completed checkout then yes, your subscription is active and you will get a receipt by email. Your first invoice date is on that receipt, and billing runs monthly from there.
Email info@lamediagrp.com, or raise it in the dashboard once you are logged in, where you can see what we have received and what is in progress without having to chase anybody.
Any question at all, just ask.
Email info@lamediagrp.com and a person will answer. Once your dashboard is live you can raise anything in there instead and watch it move.
